Bio
Hi, students! I'm Rebecca. The most important thing for you to know about me is that learning is my favorite. I became a reading and writing center tutor at UMass Boston nearly 20 years ago and soon after decided to make it my career.
In addition to tutoring, I teach PSFA 305 - Writing for Careers in Professional Studies & Fine Arts and Art 391W - Art & Design Writing. Maybe I will see you in one of my classes.
I have earned some fancy degrees, but I am actually a very down-to-earth person. When I'm not working, I'm usually hanging out with my wife and our little menagerie of pets, reading, spending time at the beach, or watching my favorite telenovela.
I hope you will make an appointment with me this semester. I am looking forward to meeting you!
