The San Diego International Fringe Festival, known for its cutting-edge and unconventional performances, has expanded its creative reach by adding film to its lineup for the first time. This new addition comes in the form of the SDSU Emerging Filmmakers Showcase, showings designed to highlight the work of top student filmmakers.
