We do our best to offer equitable wages for our student workers based on labor market research. We are proud to offer the following rates:
- Welcome Desk Staff - $20.50/hour
- Welcome Desk Staff Team Captains - $21/hour
- New Tutors - $21/hour
- CRLA Level 1 Certified Tutors - $21.50/hour

We also have a virtual learning center on Discord that SDSU community members are welcome to join! On our Discord, students can hangout, get help making tutoring or coaching appointments from our welcome desk staff, and to ask quick questions of our tutors and learning coaches.
