Air Force ROTC Announces Outstanding Student: Jazzmyn Quan

Jazzmyn Quan has been named the 2025 Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Aerospace Studies (Air Force ROTC). Jazzmyn is recognized not only for her academic excellence, but for her leadership and service to others.

Jazzmyn shared that she is most proud of “mentoring younger cadets” and helping others grow. “I strive to be a leader that listens, learns, and uplifts,” she said. Her dedication to personal and professional development has made a lasting impact on her peers and the ROTC community.

After graduation, Jazzmyn will commission into the United States Air Force, where she plans to continue serving with the same integrity and commitment that have defined her time at SDSU. “The ROTC program gave me the foundation and confidence to lead,” she said. “I’m incredibly honored to be recognized by my college.”
