Bio

Hi, students! I'm Rebecca, a learning strategies tutor and director of the PARC. The most important thing for you to know about me is that I love learning! I became a writing tutor at UMass Boston nearly 20 years ago and soon after decided to make that my career. In addition to tutoring, I have coordinated tutoring programs at two other universities, most recently at San José State, and teach reading and writing courses. I have earned all these fancy degrees, but I am a very down-to-earth person. I hope you will come by the PARC this semester. I am looking forward to meeting you!
