Bio

Hi, my name is Jose, and I'm part of the Welcome Desk Staff at The PARC. This is my second year at SDSU, majoring in Journalism, and my first semester working at The PARC.

I studied in Mexico till I was 16 years old, and then I moved to the U.S. I was the new student who had no idea of what to do, and who barely spoke the language. I was constantly asking for help, and during the first days of school, I felt so lost. Places like The PARC helped me to adapt and be included in the school. So, I decided to be part of this team so I can now be the one who can give a hand to those who are new or are struggling to adapt to their school.
