PSFA has a powerful impact on the community: linking
college, community and career. We have over 35,000 alumni
who are making a difference; enriching the communities
in which they live and work. As part of the academic programs,
our faculty and students continue to provide research
and leadership to our region.
Private support is essential
in order to continue providing this tradition of excellence.
SDSU receives only 35 percent
of its total resources from the State. Tuition accounts
for 17% of our budget, with the remainder being funded
by sponsored research, university enterprises and, most
importantly, gifts.
The PSFA Fund for Excellence provides
unrestricted funds to support the most urgent needs of
the college. Donors
have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of deserving
students, faculty and the community that they touch.
Your
contribution will make a significant difference in the
lives and quality of education of the students.
